✧ Arrival at the Apartments
Arrival is planned for July 17th by 18:00.
After registration and room assignment, you will receive introductory instructions for the 11-day process.
The remaining payment will be made during registration.

✧ Personal Preparation and Nutrition

The process of silence begins even before our meeting. In these days, consciously calm yourself and turn inward.

Three days before arrival, we recommend:

• Eat as much vegetables as possible,

• Drink 2–3 liters of water daily,

• Spend more time in nature or in solitude.

✧ Equipment

Please bring with you:

• Comfortable, light clothing, and something warm for colder days,

• A blanket, a meditation stool (if you have one), an umbrella,

• An extra towel (there are already two available in the apartment).
  Each person experiences the process differently – make sure you feel physically comfortable and at peace.

✧ Inner Alignment

You are invited to stop in silence every day already.
Breathe. Observe. Be with the inner space.
Everything you need is already within you. The process is already happening.
